We Started With A Question
Back in 2019, a small group of us sat around a table in Tamworth and asked: why do so many people feel disconnected from their finances? Not because they lack intelligence. But because traditional approaches make numbers feel cold and distant.
That conversation changed everything. We realized financial education needed to feel different—less like sitting in a lecture hall, more like sitting with someone who genuinely understands where you're starting from.
So we built mylentirova around that idea. Real conversations. Practical steps. A focus on motivation that comes from understanding your own story with money.

What Drives Our Work
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Each person who walks through our door brings different experiences, goals, and anxieties about money. Our job is to meet them exactly where they are.
Over the past six years, we've learned that sustainable change happens when people feel safe to ask questions without judgment. When they can admit they don't understand compound interest or feel overwhelmed by investment options.
That's why our team focuses on creating environments where vulnerability isn't a weakness. It's actually the starting point for genuine learning. We celebrate small wins—like someone finally opening that savings account they've been putting off for months.
The financial industry loves jargon. We love clarity. Our approach strips away unnecessary complexity so people can focus on what actually matters: building confidence in their financial decisions.

Meet Two People Who Shape Our Approach
Our team includes financial advisors, educators, and behavioral psychology specialists. Here are two voices from different corners of what we do.

Declan Kowalski
Declan spent twelve years in corporate finance before joining us in 2021. He designs our learning pathways and says the best part of his job is watching people realize they're capable of more than they thought. Outside work, he's terrible at surfing but keeps trying anyway.

Rhiannon Mercer
Rhiannon joined our team in 2023 after working in behavioral economics research. She helps us understand why people make the financial decisions they do—and how to support better choices without judgment. She's fascinated by the psychology of money and brings that curiosity to every client conversation.
Ready to Start a Conversation?
Our next group sessions begin in September 2025. We keep cohorts small so everyone gets individual attention. If you're curious about whether our approach might work for you, let's talk.
